- 1 Pork Roast
- 1 Handful Garlic Cloves – Peeled and Kept Whole

- ¼ Cup (60 g) Red Bell Peppers – Crushed
- 2 Teaspoons (10 g) Salt
- 1 Teaspoon (5 g) Cinnamon
- • Place the pork into your slow cooker and pour the water over it.
- • Add the tomatoes, garlic, salt, red peppers, and cinnamon.
- • Set your slow cooker’s heat to low and allow to cook for 12 hours. The slow cooker will do its job and you can go about your day.
- • If you want to do this using your oven, you can do so using the following steps: Use a crockpot and place all ingredients in it. Preheat your oven to 150°F (66°C). Place your crockpot in the oven, use the same heat and allow to cook in the oven for 12 hours.
