Simple Healthy Breakfast
My husband found a video on Facebook of the weirdest omelette I’ve ever seen. It looked like a mixture between a light meringue and an omelette
So I just had to try it.
After watching it I gave the recipe a try even though I couldn’t understand what the person making this dish was saying as they were Russian.

However despite my lack of linguistic skills, what I produced not only looked good but tasted fantastic. If you want to give this healthy breakfast recipe a try then please check out the recipe below
Ingredients
1 Egg
2 Slices of Bacon
Step 1
Crack an egg then separate the white from the yolk and place into separate bowls.
Step 2
In a dry frying pan place the bacon and allow to cook over medium heat. Whilst the bacon is cooking whisk the egg white until they form soft peaks.
Step 3
Remove the bacon from the frying pan and set to one side then after adding a little coconut or olive oil add the egg whites to the pan.
Making a small well in the middle and into this pour the egg yolk. (try not to break it as I did!)
Cook on the hob for a couple of minutes before then placing it under the grill in your oven.
Step 4
Place the pan with the egg in it under the grill until the egg white starts to turn golden brown. I place the bacon in the oven as well to help crisp it up more before serving.
Step 5
Remove the pan and bacon from the oven and place these on a plate. Now enjoy your healthy breakfast!!!!!!
