I’ve been looking everywhere for information about how effective the Paleo diet is. I was quite surprised to come across an article by US News & World Report from January that ranked the Paleo Diet last of the 32 diets it reviewed.
Did this publication really know what it was talking about?
Well it seems that there are many people who dispute the findings of this publication and below is just one article that I found really seems to show how unreliable it can be.
