  1. Cinnamon is my most favorite little flavor booster, the fact that it has so many health boosters just makes it a great little tasty bonus!

  2. In England, I have read that they have clamped down on the use of cassia cinnamon so much that they can’t sell a decent cinnamon bun. You can, however use ceylon cinnamon and make great sweet stuff, so I don’t know what they are complaining about. From some of the things I have read a teaspoon a day of cassia is WAY too much for safety. I recently switched to Ceylon cinnamon, but have no idea if it’s effective. I like it better and I’m taking a lot more of it. I guess I’ll know if I live until my next blood test. On my last test by A1C went down from an all time high 6.5 to my previous 6.1, neither of which is “good,” but the 6.5 is in actual type 2 territory. My fasting glucose was just slightly lower than my previous one. I hadn’t lost any weight.
