Sometimes I find myself wondering what foods I can use to spice up my meals each week. Is X paleo? Is Y Paleo?, etc.
The more time you spend following a paleo lifestyle the easier it gets, but sometimes it’s nice to have a quick reference guide to hand.
Whilst browsing a few sites I came across this quite extensive list of Paleo foods that was used in the Practical Paleo book
It’s available as a .pdf which is perfect for printing out and keeping in the kitchen. Mine is laminated and can now be found on the door of the fridge. Making it easy for the rest of the family to see and use.
