Ingredients
  • 14 Shrimps – Deveined
  • 1 Can Pineapple Chunks (Or Better To Use Fresh Pineapple If You Can)
  • 2 Spicy Italian Sausages – Cut Into 14 Pieces
  • 4 Tablespoons (60 ml) Coconut Oil – Divided
  • 1 -2 Tablespoons (15-30 g) Fresh Paleo Pesto
  • 1-2 tbsps. (15-30 g) Fresh Paleo pesto
  • Pinch of Salt
Instructions
  1. • Take your skewers and thread on to them the pineapple chunks, shrimps, and Italian sausage alternately. You can leave the shrimp tails on if you wish to add a more appetizing effect.
  2. • Continue doing this until you have used up all the ingredients. The number of shrimp, sausage, and pineapple on each will depend on the length of the skewers.
  3. • Place a pan over medium to low heat and into it put some of the coconut oil. Once the coconut oil has heated place in the skewers, putting in as many as you can without overcrowding the pan.
  4. • Sprinkle some salt over the skewers and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes.
  5. • Plate your skewers when cooked and drop a small amount of the fresh Paleo pesto you made earlier on top of the sausages.
  6. • Serve and enjoy it with your guests!
