A delicious bread that isn't only tasty, but also very healthy and doesn't just go great with bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  • ¾ Cup (177 g) Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 6 Eggs
  • ¼ Cup (60 g) Coconut Oil - Melted
  • ¼ Cup (60 g) Almond Flour
  • ¼ Cup (60 g) Ground Flax
  • ½ Teaspoon (2.5 g) Baking Soda
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 g) Coconut Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon (2.5 g) Salt
  • Mixed Seeds
  1. • Since we are going to be using the oven, preheat it to 350°F, and butter a small bread pan and set aside.
  2. • In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond butter, oil and honey (or the maple syrup). Make sure you mix all these ingredients together well.
  3. • Now add all the dry ingredients into the mixture. Mix well and make sure there are no lumps.
  4. • Pour the batter into the greased pan and sprinkle the mixed seeds on top.
  5. • Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.
  6. • Remove baked bread from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
