  • 1 Garlic Clove - Minced
  • 1 Teaspoon (5 g) Fresh Ginger - Grated
  • 1 Teaspoon (5 ml) Fish Sauce (Make sure you get the Sugar-Free/No Sugar Added variety)
  • 14 Ounce (414 ml) Can Full-Fat Organic Coconut Milk (You will use half of this for your curry, which is about 7 ounces or 207 ml)
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 g) Coconut Oil
  • 10-12 Fresh Basil Leaves
