Want to make some light fluffy pancakes that the whole family will enjoy, then give this recipe a try.
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 ¾ Cups (414 g) Almond Flour
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Add A Few Pinches Of Your Favorite Spice(s) According To Your Taste
  • ⅔ Cup (166 ml) Sparkling Water
  • 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) Coconut Oil For Frying
  1. This is incredibly simple.
  2. Whisk up the eggs and add to a bowl containing all the dry ingredients.
  3. Once you’ve mixed up these add the water and continue to stir gently.
  4. Simply heat the coconut oil in a pan and add some of the batter turning every minute or so until ready.
  5. That’s the pancakes made, now add fruit and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if you are feeling decadent. You can also sprinkle with cinnamon if it takes your fancy
